School’s starting!

Some of you have already “started” school by reporting to pre-season practices for fall sports.  You and everyone else will begin the full routines of the school year when everyone reports back for the first day of school on the 30th.

Start the year strong.  Set high goals for yourself academically and athletically.  Develop good habits for study, diet, and sleep.  If you’re not playing a fall sport, keep it up in the weight room and running.  Wrestle when you can.

And most of all, encourage your friends to wrestle.
